Services & Payments
We provide web development, digital marketing, ERP & CRM implementation and branding services. The scope, timeline and cost of each project are agreed in a written proposal before work begins, and that proposal takes priority over these terms. Invoices are payable within the period stated on them, and we may pause work if payments are overdue. To keep your project on schedule, we rely on you to provide accurate information, content and feedback on time.
Ownership & Confidentiality
Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables created for your project, unless agreed otherwise. Third-party software and platforms (such as Odoo, Zoho or Shopify) remain subject to their own licences and terms. We keep your business information confidential and may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Limitation of Liability
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policies of third-party platforms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, data or business, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the related project.
